Building a Stronger Neighborhood Together

Your voice matters. Together, we shape the future of our neighborhood.

Welcome to the Zapata-King Neighborhood Council

The Zapata-King Neighborhood Council (ZKNC) is your local voice to City Hall. As an elected advisory body of the City of Los Angeles, we work to represent the interests of our community — from safety and housing to transportation and public space. Our mission is to build a stronger, more connected neighborhood by encouraging civic engagement, addressing local concerns, and supporting positive change. Everyone who lives, works, owns property, or has a stake in our area is invited to participate.
